Oxford
A pair of joined X-Country sets in Oxford's Platform 3 on 22nd July 2020. 221127 and 220002 crawled out of the northern storage sidings and promptly failed, blocking all southbound passenger traffic from using the platform. All north and south bound passenger trains had to make use of Platform 4, with delays ensuing.
