Extract from the Scottish Region timetable winter 1960-61 when 'rail replacement bus service' had a different meaning. Lyne Station was (and is) a hamlet of its own, hence the wording. It was outside the parish of Lyne itself which had the distinction at this time of being Scotland's smallest parish - with only about 40 residents.
