View forward from a DMU leaving Filey Holiday Camp station, thought to have been taken on Saturday 27 August 1977 during the station's final days of operation. The 1132 (SO) Scarborough - Hull had left the Yorkshire Coast line at Royal Oak North Junction (situated along the embankment to the right) with the main line continuing between Royal Oak North and Royal Oak South Junctions via the single arch bridge visible in the centre background. The train was now about to take the curve towards Royal Oak South Junction where it would rejoin the main line to Hull.
