Hundred End
Hundred End station, between Hesketh Bank and Banks, served a thinly populated farming district on the Preston to Southport line and closed in 1962, over two years before the line itself. This view looks across the site of the level crossing towards Southport in August 2020. The house has been built where the tracks and platforms stood.
