Upminster

Exterior of Upminster station, Essex, in pouring rain on 6th October 2020. As well as C2C trains from Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness via Basildon and Southend Central via Ockendon, it is the eastern terminus of the District Line with the LU depot and sidings just to the east. It is also the terminus of the short single-track branch to Romford which, curiously, became an isolated part of the London Overground network on 31st May 2015.
