Corkerhill
This padlocked gate on the south side of a bridge on Glasgows Corkerhill Road once gave access to the westbound platform of Corkerhill station below. The original station was closed in 1983 only to reopen 7 years later as a single platform stop on the reinstated Paisley Canal branch. The old westbound platform survives, as does the line through it, although no longer in passenger use - see image 40661.
