Edinburgh Waverley
There are only Anglo-Scottish trains from Waverley on New Year's Day. Any other year would see numbers of hungover English - and Scottish ex-pats - looking to make their way back south. On the first day of 2021 we see just one man and his dog. Without luggage, I doubt even they were travelling.
