Grahamston Swing Bridge

Half a mile west of Falkirk Grahamston the line crosses the Forth and Clyde Canal on Grahamston Swing Bridge (a fixed bridge since the early 1960s). Photograph taken looking south west along the canal on 2 January 2013 with an Edinburgh - Dunblane DMU about to make the crossing. The waterfall is courtesy of the overflow from Camelon Railway Lock (No 9) located 50 yards beyond the bridge (see image 41594).
