Worsley
Worsley station closed in 1969, along with the loop line through Tyldesley and Leigh to Kenyon Junction. This view on 6th April 2021 looks north along the greenway that passes through the surviving sections of platform. Just to the north of the bridge is Roe Green Junction where the loop diverged from the line to Bolton Great Moor Street (closed 1954). Today it is the junction of two popular greenways.
