View over former level crossing where line to Skibbereen crossed R586 Bantry road just west of Drimoleague station. View looks south west in direction of Skibbereen. The line to Skibbereen was opened in 1877 and extended to Baltimore in 1893. Closure came at the beginning of April 1961.
