Swindon
31234 and 47079 parked in the station sidings in Swindon on 21 March 1983. 47079 carried the name 'G.J. Churchward' for many years. After several modifications, it underwent major rework to be re-equipped with a Class 66 EMD engine and electrics to become 57009, now owned by Direct Rail Services. Not bad for a loco nearly sixty years old.
