Edinburgh Waverley
Work in progress on sub platforms 8 & 9 at Waverley in May 2013, including construction of a new canopy. View is west towards Waverley Bridge, showing the bricked-up section of the parapet that once accommodated the covered entrance and stairway serving the sub. This short brick section links the metal parapet of Waverley Bridge with the historic former railway building described in detail at 76715.
