Wanton Walls Junction [2nd]
The far bridge carries the ECML while the nearer one is for the eastern end of the elegant 'S' which carries the 1960s Monktonhall to Millerhill connection. What's that Sooty? It looks older? Yes, it was built for the line to Niddrie via the original Wanton Walls Junction. This bit was shared until the older line closed in 1984.
