Larkfield Junction
Looking north to Larkfield Junction on 7th June 2021, with the 15.40 Glasgow Central - Euston Avanti West Coast service passing through the site of the former Gushetfaulds station on the WCML, the set being 390128. In the foreground is the Larkfield Curve, passing through the former Langside Junction to reach Muirhouse South Junction. Note, the lineside has been cleared of vegetation prior to electrification. In the background were the carriage sidings and Freightliner terminal (and long ago the approach to South Side station).
