Ravenscraig No 3 Yard
08883 awaits instructions having arrived at the north end of Ravenscraig No 3 yard with the lunchtime delivery of limestone. The train will go forward through No 3 to No 1 yard where the limestone will be left to be picked up by a works locomotive. The 08 would then assemble a train of loaded coil wagons for tripping back north to Mossend yard. The view looks south, this location now being a grassy slope.
