Symington [2nd]
The westernmost section of the SB&B seen here 45 years after closure looking towards the junction at Symington. The A72 on the left runs parallel with the former railway at this point before passing below the WCML half a mile further on. The branch turned north after clearing the farm access bridge in the distance before running along the east side of Symington goods yard to reach the junction.
