Surviving parapets of an infilled skew bridge in the centre of Dechmont where the Bangour branch once passed under the road. Dechmont station itself was on the south side, over to the right, in a cutting now long filled in. As can be seen this is a built up area and as the branch closed in 1921 it is surprising that a century later these parapets remain.
