Alston

The old goods shed, across the access road from Alston station building, now serves as The Hub Museum. This view looking south west shows the two doors along the rear wall, and the door to extreme right that had rails running through it and the door at the opposite end. A further line ran alongside the shed at the far side to a yard beyond. Two further lines at an angle to the others ended approx where the view is taken from to serve the coal depot.
