Supporters heading for Hampden on Cup Final day 1963, after the simultaneous arrival of two blue train specials at Mount Florida. Rangers and Celtic were meeting in the final for the first time since the war, attracting a massive crowd of 129,643. The game ended in a draw, with Rangers winning the replay eleven days later. There would no doubt also have been plenty of specials for the replay, as another huge crowd of more than 120,000 turned up for it.
