Madore
The former Madore station, located roughly midway between Drimoleague and Skibbereen looking north east in the direction of Drimoleague in May 2021. There was only a single platform here and a goods yard to the left. The original station building survives on the platform with an addition built to its right. The photographer is standing on the site of a a level crossing at the Skibbereen end of the station. Madore closed along with the rest of the system at the end of March 1961.
