Adelaide [Belfast]
A NIR service to Belfast Central arrives at Adelaide in south Belfast in February 1988. The unit is one of nine members of NIR Class 450, built by BREL between 1985 and 1987 and similar in design to the BR prototype Class 210 DEMU. The fleet was withdrawn from service in 2012 and the unit in the photo, 457 with vehicle 787 leading, was cut up in May 2013.
