Barton and Broughton
The last operational 87 in the UK, 87002 'Royal Sovereign', splendidly liveried in Inter-City Swallow colours and paused for stock inspection in Barton loop during a test run from Crewe to Carlisle on 14th January 2022. This was the second test run in two days, ahead of a railtour programme in 2022.
