Heaton Norris Junction
390040, heading for Piccadilly, passes the still operational Heaton Norris Junction signal box on 20th January 2022. The Denton lines curve away at this point. There are initially three tracks but these quickly reduce to a single line through Reddish South until double tracks are reached again at Denton.
