Walkden Low Level
Between two road bridges in a shallow cutting was the former LNWR station of Walkden Low Level, a short distance (to the right) from the L&Y station which runs on an embankment. In the distance there is a light coloured bridge which is part of the L&Y line 76433 (the lower darker coloured bridge in front of it is another road bridge). The view is north towards Bolton in March 2022.
