Pannal Junction
Looking southwards from a train on the lofty Crimple Viaduct in June 2022, the old direct Pannal Junction to Starbeck trackbed can be seen. This closed in 1951. The surviving Pannal Loop drops down from Crimple Junction through the trees to join the old route just north of Pannal station.
