Craigellachie [2nd]
The Scottish Region's 'Grand Tour No 1' is at Ferndearn Pool, just south of Craigellachie, on 25 March 1967. It is on the Speyside 'Whisky Line', which is dotted with distilleries. Class 24s No D5070 and D5127 are moving their 18 carriage load at a leisurely pace towards Aviemore, where a third Class 24 will be added for the climb to Druimuachdar summit.
