Whalley
D8107 + D8096, top and tailed with 47282, crossing Whalley Arches on the evening of 20th July 2022 with the returning 'S&C Fellsman'. They were substituting for steam due to the very dry and hot ? conditions. With plenty of power available the train was powering up the gradient, what a racket!
