Kings Cross

It looks like not everybody is impressed that Kings Cross station is being graced by none other than 60015 'Quicksilver', the second built of Gresley's A4 streamliners. This was 16 June 1962, and it would not be long before the A4s would depart this particular scene, although some would soon be making a name for themselves on the Glasgow to Aberdeen route.
