This photograph shows the lowest of the Ben Cruachan Quarries. The railway came from Drishaig (the dirt road centre distance) and ran to the bottom left in the first of a series of zig-zags to reach the higher quarries. The first reversing location is out of shot bottom left with the higher section then running from bottom left to the quarry (it is quite hard to see).
There was another reversing place at the quarry with the line then following the dirt road from the centre of the view to the bottom centre. Behind me are the remains of further zig-zags.
