Kilwinning
Kilwinning station, showing the new footbridge. It is seen from 380 011 calling with the ex-14.36 service from Ardrossan Harbour to Glasgow Central, on Thursday, 15th September 2022. This view is looking across to the platforms on the Ayr line, the station being in the diverging angle of the lines to Ardrossan and Ayr with platforms on each. The Ardrossan line platforms are also served by trains to and from Largs. (See also my photos image nos. 67212 and 67253 showing both sets of platforms in 2017.)
