Plumpton
The light was fading and the rain falling as 66095 passed through Plumpton on 8th November 2022 working a Network Rail infrastructure train from Carlisle New Yard to Crewe Basford Hall. This train, and the logs that preceded it, are often routed via the S&C but the Petteril Bridge derailment has put a stop to that for a while.
