LU S7 stock on a District Line service to Ealing Broadway arriving at Whitechapel on 23rd September 2022. These platforms are also served by the Hammersmith & City Line and the station is an interchange with the London Overground. From 24th May 2022, it also became an interchange with the brand new Elizabeth Line but which should have opened in December 2018. This part of the station used to consist of two narrow island platforms but the centre tracks have now been removed and the platform extended over them to form one wide island platform.
