Bridge of Allan

A rather well turned out Class 101 DMU calls at Bridge of Allan on a fine September day in 1987, two years after the station reopened on this site. Unfortunately, the casual observer is none the wiser if its destination is Glasgow or Edinburgh thanks to the absence of a destination blind. An oddity for the time is that Red Star decals (presumably to advertise the carriage of Red Star parcels) have been applied above the headlights.
