Crianlarich Lower as it stood in the mid nineteen sixties. The photograph is thought to date from the summer of 1965, shortly before the premature closure of the ex-Caledonian route east of Crianlarich following the rockfall in Glen Ogle. Note the Type-2 hauled West Highland Line train in the background.
