Girvan (Old)
Girvan (Old) station seen in 1993 looking to Ayr a few years after track lifting (in 1989). The station had opened as a terminus in 1860 and was to survive the extension of the line south to Stranraer in 1877, later becoming only a goods yard only. A platform building survived on the right.
