Ellenbrook
A Manchester bound bus has just travelled the 4.5 miles along the guided busway from Leigh, following the route of the old Tyldesley Loop railway. This is the site of Ellenbrook station, where the bus joins the road network. Ahead, at the height of the original railway station, the surviving embankment marks the start of a Greenway on the old line through Worsley.
