'Peak' Type 4 D160 calls at St Boswells on 4th January 1969, the final Saturday before closure of the Waverley Route the following day. The train was the 9.30 am Edinburgh-Carlisle, the Waverley route portion of the southbound 'Thames-Clyde Express'.
