Auchterhouse [1st]
This was the view east at Auchterhouse in 1998 with the deviation route in the trees on the right. The original line ran east from this viewpoint to the tree in the centre left of the photograph, continuing in a near straight line to Balbeuchley Top a mile and a half to the east. Some of the original route has been ploughed out, but a considerable amount can still be traced.
