Taff's Well
Some missing rails indicate that the diamond crossover at Taff's Well is still being installed to the north of the tightly radiussed Metro depot entrance roads (possible future flange squeal alert) passing under the concrete road overbridge in March 2023. The red brick piers of the Barry Railway viaduct (with yellow brick inserts celebrating Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee in 1997) are out of shot to the South.
