Slitrig Viaduct
The trackbed of the Waverley route south of Hawick is an easy walk from The site of Slitrig Viaduct back towards the town centre. There are a number of surviving artefacts but in some places it is hard to visualise express trains and heavy freight passing this way just over fifty years ago.
