One of the oldest bridges carrying a road over a former railway in Scotland can be found north of Dronley on a minor road between Eastfield and Kirkton of Auchterhouse. This part of the original course of the line was in a cutting which has been infilled and the bridge portals bricked up. This photograph shows the west side of the bridge.
