Ballachulish (Glencoe)
A rather evocative photograph of Ballachulish on 26th March 1966, the final day of services before closure of the branch from Connel Ferry. A BRCW Type 2 is at the buffers in the course of running round its train, watched by a good-sized crowd. The bleak chilly March weather was however all too fitting for the sad occasion.
