Chelmsford
UK Railtours' excursion from Stevenage to Norwich at the end of the steeply-graded Chelmsford Down Goods spur, hauled by 66748, on 27th May 2023. The train reversed back to Chelmsford station behind 66765 and then reversed again to continue behind 66748. The reasons for visiting this goods spur were twofold; to give participants a chance to travel over some rare non-passenger track and to allow following Greater Anglia services to overtake the excursion.
