Freshfield
508125 runs non-stop through Freshfield with an ecs working from Kirkdale to Hillside (and back) on 24th May 2023. From RTT I had expected a new 777 on test but this working showed that. despite steady withdrawals, some 507s and 508s are still being repaired for further use. The L&YR building on the Southport platform survives but a modern ticket office is on the Liverpool bound side.
