Broomfield Junction

Coming in at the bottom left was the Montrose and Bervie (1865), with a station just shy of the junction. Nothing remains of the station. Finally a link (1881) came in from Montrose [NB] station has been covered by housing near the junction. It ran off to the right from the site of the level crossing. The South Esk Viaduct can be seen in the distant, top right. Taken outwith Montrose SFC-2025MSL zone.
