Pitcrocknie Platform
Looking to Alyth at Alyth Golf Club. The line had climbed from Jordanstone largely in a deep cutting to reach here. The railway was in a cutting on the right in this view, parallel to the dirt road. Porterockney Siding was located here and Pitrocknie Platform (a halt for golfers and nearby farms) opened here in 1913.
