Horrocksford Junction
The 'leaf season' is upon us again and the RHTT trains are out and about. 68022, released from TPE duties, was on the rear of a train led by 68033 that passed Horrocksford Junction in fading light on 9th October 2023. The 20-hour diagram involved return trips from Carlisle to Whitehaven, Blackburn via the S&C, Preston via Shap (and the Furness line to Barrow and back on the return trip.
