The Children's Railway is one of Budapest's unique attractions. It has ticket offices, diesel locomotives, signals, switches and a timetable. Unlike other railways though, this one is run by young people who often go on to work on the national system as adults. The line stretches among the Buda hills from Szechenyihegy to Huvosvolgy, connected by the Cogwheel Railway and serving Normafa as well as the highest point of Budapest: Jenoshegy. This is a MAV Class 2945 (Mk45) B-B diesel-hydraulic.
