Caledonian Road
Exterior of Caledonian Road station, opened on 15th December 1906 with the Great Northern, Piccadilly & Brompton Railway from Hammersmith to Finsbury Park and now, of course, part of the much extended Piccadilly Line, seen here through the upstairs windows of a passing HV type bus on route 91 to Crouch End, on the afternoon of Wednesday, 30th August 2023. Designed, of course, by Leslie W. Green (1874-1908), the London Underground's Chief Architect of the Edwardian era.
