Hull

Hull station in October 1967. When opened it was called Hull Paragon Street and under the NER Hull Paragon. In BR days it has been referred to only as Hull. There were nine platforms, which I think were all still in use when this shot was taken, although this was subsequently reduced to six as I recall.
Note the canopies extending beyond the train shed, which were removed in the 1970s.
